PLACEMENT SERVICES

Whitley & Associates, Inc. regularly provides advice on raising debt, equity and/or credit enhancement, including identification of prospective financing sources and creation of financing packages for distribution to those prospective potential financing and/or enhancement sources. We secure competitive bids for the proposed financing and make recommendations to the client based on the bids received. Once a financing source is selected by the client, Whitley & Associates, Inc. manages the process until the financing closes.

 

ASSET/PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Our asset management team can take a project from pre­acquisition and development planning through acquisition due diligence to closing. We provide full financial reporting and budgets, organizational project development, lease administration, tenant retention programs, and construction management services, as well as many other services. Our property management services focus on maximizing the value of the asset. This effort is backed by our highly skilled and experienced site management and in­house accounting team.
